The quality control department at ESC has created the basis for our entire production plan. The program encompasses all facets of our process starting with "first piece" approval of all processes, as well as auditing based on production quantity.

Our three step final inspection process includes an approval before and after each finish and a comprehensive final inspection prior to any customer shipment.  We utilize certified local finish houses to meet your strict requirements allowing ESC to be your single point of contact.

Our measuring equipment is catalogued on a database with full calibration schedules, results and frequency of rechecks.
